By downloading or using Monito, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Monito is a video editing application for iOS and iPadOS. All editing and processing relies on Apple's built-in services.

Monito offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription that unlocks additional capabilities including 4K export, unlimited auto captions, unlimited AutoCut, unlimited templates, and unlimited daily exports.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

Certain features require specific hardware or software capabilities:

• AI-generated titles, descriptions, and hashtags require a device that supports Apple Intelligence (iOS 26 or later on supported hardware).
• Auto captions require a device that supports Apple's speech recognition.
• 4K export requires sufficient device storage and processing capability.

Features that are not supported on your device will be indicated within the app.

Monito and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mattéo Alarcon. The app is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the videos, audio, and other content you create or edit using Monito. We claim no ownership over your content.

Monito is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption of video files, or other damages resulting from your use of the app. We recommend keeping original copies of your media.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
