By downloading or using Monito, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Monito is a video editing application for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and visionOS (Apple Vision Pro). Editing, exports, auto captions, and AutoCut run on-device using Apple's built-in services. AI Edit, Auto Clips, and Post Generator can run using Cloud AI, Apple Intelligence, or a downloadable on-device language model. Cloud AI is powered by Anthropic's Claude models; your use of Cloud AI is also subject to Anthropic's Usage Policy, and the content it processes is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. AI Voice is generated entirely on-device after downloading the required voice model. See Section 4 for device requirements.

Monito offers a free tier, a Pro subscription, and a Lifetime purchase.

Cloud AI usage is available with both the free tier and the Pro subscription, subject to the following weekly limits:

• Free: 1 AI Edit, 1 Auto Clips, and 3 Post Generator requests.
• Pro: 12 AI Edit, 20 Auto Clips, and 30 Post Generator requests per week.

AI Voice is processed entirely on-device after downloading the required voice model. AI Voice is available on iOS and macOS and is not subject to Cloud AI limits.

The Lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase that permanently unlocks premium editing features across iOS, macOS, and visionOS when using the same Apple ID. Lifetime includes on-device AI features, including Apple Intelligence or the downloadable local model when supported by your device. Cloud AI is not included with the Lifetime purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• The Lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase and does not expire.
• The Lifetime purchase carries across iOS, macOS, and visionOS when using the same Apple ID.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy.

Some features require specific hardware, software, or downloaded models to function.

• Cloud AI is available with the Free and Pro plans and requires an internet connection. Cloud AI usage is subject to the limits described in Section 3.
• Apple Intelligence is available only on supported Apple devices with Apple Intelligence enabled. When available, compatible AI features can run entirely on your device.
• Local AI Model is available on supported devices that do not support Apple Intelligence. It requires approximately 2 GB of free storage to download the model and at least 4 GB of RAM. Once installed, compatible AI features can run entirely on your device without using Cloud AI.
• Apple Intelligence and the Local AI Model are mutually exclusive. Depending on your device, Monito will use one of these on-device AI engines when available.
• AI Voice is available on iOS and macOS only. It requires downloading a voice model and generates speech entirely on your device. AI Voice does not use Cloud AI and is not subject to Cloud AI usage limits.
• Auto Captions require a device that supports Apple's speech recognition technologies.
• 4K Export requires sufficient device storage and processing capability.

Monito and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MONOSPATIAL LLC. The app is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the videos, audio, and other content you create or edit using Monito. We claim no ownership over your content.

Monito is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption of video files, or other damages resulting from your use of the app. We recommend keeping original copies of your media.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
